Hello, Everybody!!!
Well, here I am at the Davis home in North Georgia!!! John and I are having such a delightful time, and have been so blessed by being with this precious family. In the past few weeks they were in a car accident~ the Lord was so gracious, and they have been blessed with God's healing.
The children and me have been having so much fun having picnics and hiking on the trail that is near thier home, and playing that we're fighting/fleeing from the British/Indians/Yankees/bears and other desperate characters that roam the woods!!! ;) Right now, little miss Davis and me are looking out the window watching John and the other boys build a grand fort with two rooms!! They are so sweet. Humm....speaking of it, I think I want to go take a look! :)
Hope that ya'll have a blessed day! May our wonderful Savior bless and keep each of you in His mighty hands.
Love in our Lord,
Adeline and Little Miss Davis ;)
P.S. To dear Jordin H.~I am so sorry that I did not get to say bye to you on Sunday~I hope your traveling goes well! I'll be praying for you. I look forward to seeing you soon! Much love, A.G.M.

Flash News from Calathora
Master Edwin, the 5 year-old buddy-boy here at Calathora, has been quite sick since last Monday. Various symptoms have been off again, on again and we were becoming concerned that he might be getting dehydrated. We conferred with knowledgable friends and finally called our excellent doc and we all agreed to give it another day. We thought we might be quite possibly facing an overnight in the hospital for IV hydration.
Several of the men in our fellowship meet for breakfast on Wednesday mornings. About 7, I was sitting there, waiting till 8, to take Edwin to the doctor's office and the thought occurred to me that I should be actively hydrating him. (Yesterday, when we did that, the results were, well , shall we say , not effective. ) But, I went ahead and offered him some fresh apple juice - he drank it right down!!! then I continued to work with him ( we'll skip the details ) and praise be to God, he responded ! No doctor visit , no hospital, no IV!!! It seemed that the men were praying and The Lord had mercy on us. We have been shouting and praising the Lord all morning , here at Calathora.
I must away. :)

Good morning! Some quick news..... I'm still reaching you from the library. Our computer hasn't revived yet.
Our little lame calf, Cocoa Puff, has died. We don't know why and are in mourning. She was so adorable.
Baby Bret is doing well. I would like to thank everyone for their prayers for Alan and Katie during their delivery. Oh, the comments of ya'll saying 'We're praying' just brought tears to my eyes. God bless you and many thanks again from one grateful Grandmother and mother.
Bret gets the award for sweetest baby of the month. There was only one vote and I'm it!!!!!!!!! Call it Grandmama's privilege. :)
Our God reigns. Praise His name. Remember to sing today.
I know where you can get delicious pastured chicken. If you can reach me, I'll tell you where.
Did I tell you I have delightful parents? Well, let me tell you!! They are delightful. We are off to watch a movie with them this afternoon. Granddad said he'd make popcorn for all the grandchildren!! He is a great host!!
I'm reminding myself, so I'll remind you - be sweet to your husband. Greet him at the door with a smile and pay attention when he talks to you. Look right into his gorgeous blue eyes. (or brown :) ) It is such a blessing to have a family in the kingdom of God. Perfect you and me are not, but oh, isn't life grand?!!! Well, I'll scoot. Cleveland and Wesley, Dorothy, Adeline and Martha, Andrew ( who just had a birthday! Happy Birthday, bubba), Samuel, John , Edwin and Paul ( alias cutie) all send their hellos.
