MORE FAMILY NEWS

Good evening, all. After a week of recovering at the Smith home in Griffin and a week recovering here in Moultrie, Michael and Kressant are able to move back to their little nest. We would appreciate your continued prayers for Kressant's knee and dental surgery. This car accident has been an interesting baptism of fire for these two, but Kressant is one of few brides who can say that their husband not only carried them over the threshold , but everywhere they went for a week!!

I am sure others in the Morton clan will post pictures, but I'll just tell you that Grandaddy and Grandmomma took the Michael Morton Srs and Jrs, Katie and Alan Smith and Cleveland and Wesley on a deep sea fishing trip!! The guys went and hauled in lots of fish and sun and fun and the ladies toured Savannah and had lunch at this quaint corner cafe. Need I say more?
A really grand time was had by all. What a rich time with all the generations. Grandaddy was surrounded with all these tall, strong guys and Grandmomma was quite the quintessential Southern grandmother with her bevy of lovely ladies at the cafe sipping fraps and capuccinos. They are the apple of our eyes, those two.
Well , I need to run, we are having a fish fry tonight!

Glad to hear Kressant is on the mend. We're sure thinking about her.
